PARKSVILLE — Oceanside RCMP are hoping the public can help find a local woman missing for more than two weeks.

Oceanside RCMP Sgt. Stephen Rose said Tracy Lee Kelly, 39, was last seen on Jan. 23.

“Family members are quite concerned about her and the fact she hasn't had any contact,” Rose told NanaimoNewsNOW regarding the disappearance, adding Kelly is a new Parksville resident.

Rose said new information received since the missing report broke suggested Kelly remains on Vancouver Island with her 2012 grey Dodge Grand Caravan.

“She's possibly in the Courtenay-Comox area, we would ask anybody in that area to be aware of the vehicle description and of course the licence plate.”

Her licence plate number is GR9 81S.

Kelly is described as white, 5'2”, 111 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.

If you have information on the whereabouts of Kelly you're urged to contact local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
