NANAIMO — Police are asking the public for help identifying two men who may have information about a reprehensible attack and robbery on two Nanaimo seniors.

Nanaimo RCMP released images of the two men on Friday, Nov. 30, three days after the incident.

“It is believed that these two individuals may have information which could assist in the ongoing investigation and investigators are interested in speaking with them,” a news release said.

On Nov. 27, police said three men burst into a home on Garner Cres., off Wakesiah Ave. near Bowen Rd., belonging to a couple in their 70s at 2:30 a.m. The men proceeded to hit the male homeowner in the head, tie up the couple, ransack and burgalize their home and then steal their car.
