Calgary Stampeders make return of all-star receiver Eric Rogers official
CALGARY — The Calgary Stampeders made the return of all-star receiver Eric Rogers official Thursday.
The 27-year-old Californian needed to pass a physical before re-joining the CFL team.
Rogers led the league in receiving yards in 2015 with 1,448 and tied for the most touchdowns with 10.
He signed with the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers the following season. Rogers injured his anterior cruciate ligament in training camp and was released in 2017.
