NANAIMO - The Clippers post season run finished with a 6-4 loss against the Powell River Kings on Saturday.

It was a seesaw game that the Clippers led 3-1 and 4-2, but a strong third period push from the Kings gave them the win.

For the second game in a row Carter Turnbull scored the winning goal late in regulation time for Powell River.

The Game 6 scorers for Nanaimo were Jordan Wharrie, Parker Colley, Cal Babych, and Josh Bourne.

Powell River moves on to the Island Division final to play the winner of the Alberni Valley versus Victoria series.
