Trailer fire doused

Port Alberni firefighters were called out shortly after 6 this morning to douse a trailer fire in an Anderson Avenue alley between Bute and Burde.

The small travel trailer was fully involved when fire crews arrived, and heat from the blaze also damaged a car parked nearby.

No one was in the trailer or injured in the fire, which is now under investigation.
