NANAIMO — It’s time to get your dove on! Meet Lovey, a one-year-old collared dove looking for the perfect home.

A friendly bird with a winning personality, Lovey will need a home that knows how to take care of doves.

The Nanaimo SPCA have reopened their doors to the public. You can still submit an application online and book an appointment if it’s a match, or stop by their Nanaimo location Tuesday-Sunday from noon until 4:00 p.m.
