Do something fun.

Recently I asked my audience to make tent cards with their name (or whatever name they wanted to be called that day). I didn’t notice Francesca’s last name on her name card until lunchtime.  It said “Franseca Bananahammer!”

“Hmmm, what’s up with this?” I asked, picking up her nicely decorated card.

She said whenever she goes into a restaurant and has to give a name while she waits for a table, or goes into a change room when shopping and they ask her for her name, she tells them it’s Francesa Bananahammer. Her hubby wants to run from embarrassment, but she has fun.

When is the last time you’ve had fun? Had a good laugh? Done something silly or crazy or strange, just because?

Well, according to Francesca Bananahammer, it’s something we should all do more often!

Do something fun – that’s just one more way to live Your Life, Unlimited!

On Your Life, Unlimited radio on CJOB this week, TEDx speaker Amy Cunningham visited us from beautiful San Antonio, Texas and we chatted about a very important topic: compassion fatigue. You can view her TEDx talk below.

Also joining us is Julie Ann Sullivan, the Attitude Enhancer, who reminds us that we are human, we will be cranky sometimes, and invites us to ask what conversations we are having with ourselves.

Enjoy the whole show here…
