NANAIMO — In the BCHL, the Nanaimo Clippers have now won three games in a row after a 3-2 victory Saturday night over the Surrey Eagles at Frank Crane Arena. The Clippers are off until Friday when they take on the Vernon Vipers at the BCHL Showcase in Chilliwack.

Nanaimo Buccaneers drop entertaining 4-1 decision to visiting Campbell River

NANAIMO — The Nanaimo Buccaneers faltered 4-1 to the visiting Campbell River storm Thursday night, but the young Bucs held their own in a fast-paced contest against what is expected to be one of the league's top teams this season.

Raiders host the best of the BCFC on back to back weekends

NANAIMO — The VI Raiders have three games left in the regular season, and the next two are against the top two teams in the BCFC.
 
The 3-4 Raiders will host the 6-1 Westshore Rebels on Saturday, and then the 6-1 Okanagan Sun will come to Caledonia Park the week after.
