The 7th Annual Run for Recovery is back for another year and registration is now open. Help them help others in the fight against addiction!
Join them on Friday, June 23rd, at 6 p.m., for the 6K Twilight Fun Run/Walk. It’ll be at Westwood Lake, with lots of fun to follow – there’ll be a silent auction, a BBQ, bouncy castle, music, prizes, and family fun.
**In light of the current fentanyl crisis that our community has been hit with so hard, they feel this year, more than ever a need to speak up, make a difference and offer hope to those struggling from the devastating disease of addiction. This year, all proceeds will go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Mid-Island Division in an effort to support some of the most vulnerable individuals in our local community. **
