Healthy Heart Fundraiser

The human heart is the most important organ in our body, but a healthy heart is just one piece of the puzzle that helps every other part of the body to function well.

That’s why the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation raises funds for every department at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, from stretchers to echocardiograph machines, from digital mammography machines to CT scanners, from Palliative Care beds to ER equipment. Every puzzle piece keeps NRGH strong and every puzzle piece helps to keep us healthy. 

This spring they are raising funds to purchase equipment for the Cardiac Department along with several other pieces of critical care medical equipment for departments at NRGH.
