The Canadian Cancer Society will be hosting their LAST Relay for Life in Nanaimo on Saturday, June 3rd, at the NDSS Rotary Bowl. It’ll be an opportunity to get together with family and friends to celebrate cancer survivors, remember the loved ones lost to cancer and fight back in the hope of finding a cure. 

With it being their final year for the fundraiser, they want to make it special and try to raise over $50,000. Teams of 8-15 people will participate in a 6-hour non-competitive relay who will take turns walking, running and/or strolling around a track. A luminary ceremony is held at dusk and then the closing ceremonies follow.
